We came into casino loyalty a few years ago. Before that, our team spent the better part of a decade on the other side of the supply chain. Product development, factory relationships, and logistics across apparel, consumer goods, ingredient supply, and home goods.

In a short span, we visited several casinos, walked the backside, and got to know the operation from the inside. Planning calendars, continuity programs, the gifts players line up for.

Along the way, we noticed the products kept repeating. Often, with just an updated color scheme. Different year, same blanket. Different casino, same luggage set. Players notice too. Instagram reels showed kids and their parents' closets filled with gifts they never used.
